However, there’s a problem. Your customers are inundated with information from you and your competitors, which might get in the way of them doing business with you.

We don’t want you to feel like their hands are tied because they cannot efficiently sell their products to their target audience. And, we understand how it feels to not even know which platforms to use, let alone how to use them in a rapidly advancing space. That’s why ArgonDigital brings a technically sophisticated team to help our clients build a marketing engine that will increase ecommerce sales.

Here’s how it works – click the button below to schedule a call with one of our marketing automation experts to review your current situation (we’d love to look at your technology directly). Frequently Asked Questions

First, we collaborate to make sure there is a high-level fit for us to help you. We’ll work together on whatever your technology initiative is to understand what ROI targets you want to measure or business questions you want to answer.  We will create an implementation plan and costs as part of the overall technology roadmap. Once we implement the solution, then we measure the ROI and course correct as we go.

Our product management and development rates are consistent with the outcomes we help deliver. However, before determining what type of resources you need and the price, we would want to have a conversation to better understand your needs and discuss whether we are a good fit.

Full transparency, if you are looking for an inexpensive staff augmentation resources, we are probably not a good fit. Our clients call us when they have projects that they desperately need to make successful or maybe one that’s heading off the rails. They usually engage us to apply our product management and development approaches to help them achieve their business objectives.

We are not domain experts in most domains. That said, our teams come from a broad array of backgrounds. Also, over twenty years, we’ve worked in almost every aspect of business, ranging from marketing, to sales, to operations, to warehousing, to finance. If you’d like to learn more about our experience, we can discuss in more detail.

Yes and no. Our product management approaches are based on our modeling language RML®  and are agnostic to any development methodology. We prefer agile development approaches because we can deliver value faster. However, we find they are easy to adapt to fit whatever methodologies are in place within an organization. As a company makes an agile transition, we can help them make that transition as well, particularly from a business analyst to product owner perspective.

Well, it depends. In some cases, you need to stand a new solution up and migrate everything. In other cases, you might leave your data where it is and point a new interface to it. In some solutions, you can migrate as users access it and they’ll never know the difference!
