We prefer agile development approaches because we can deliver value faster. However, we find they are easy to adapt to fit whatever methodologies are in place within an organization. Well, it depends. In some cases, you need to stand a new solution up and migrate everything. In other cases, you might leave your data where it is and point a new interface to it. In some solutions, you can migrate as users access it and they’ll never know the difference!
