One of the foundations of the ArgonDigital methodology is visualization. The goal behind visualization is that they enable you to see patterns and find missing requirements immediately. You might be surprised at the types of things that you can see when you visualize. A friend had a Facebook post about socialgraph (https://apps.facebook.com/socgraph/?ref=ts) so I thought I would try it since visualization is something that is near and dear to my heart.
It is interesting to see how my friends cluster into groups.
One particular person is a bridge between groups
We are using tools to map our requirements, but don’t have a visualization tool to view how the requirements relate to each other yet. I would expect requirements to form bubbles of interrelated requirements just as my social network does as well as to have bridge requirements or interface requirements from one group to another.
Other graphs might overlay the number of changes to an area which highlights risk. A lack of density would indicate an area that needs more work.
This is a novel area of requirements so stay tuned for more.
