In this You Tube video, we demonstrate a way to unlock an Ephesoft Batch Class that has been locked for editing. Normally, a Batch Class should be unlocked when an Admin user closes a Batch Class after editing. However, we have occasionally run into a scenario where an Admin opens a Batch Class and then doesn’t close the editing screen properly. In this case, this is a quick way to release the Batch Class if the need is urgent:
